The packaging varies by product variant:
For 10 and 15 treatments, you’ll receive the original Crest strips neatly packaged in a protective pouch. These are shipped without the outer box.
For 20 treatments or more, you’ll receive the strips in their original box packaging.
The contents and effectiveness are identical in all cases—only the outer packaging differs.
It’s also good to know that 10 treatments constitute half a course. This often produces a visible difference, but may not yield the maximum results for everyone.
For the best and most long-lasting results, we always recommend a full course (20 treatments).

Yes. The strips contain the same active whitening ingredient used by dentists in professional teeth whitening treatments. When used correctly (one treatment per day for up to 30 minutes), they provide a safe and proven way to whiten your teeth. In addition, all of our products are recommended by Dutch dental hygienists. -
This is an intensive whitening formula, so temporary side effects may occur, especially during the first few days. This is normal and a sign that the active whitening ingredients are working.
- Tooth sensitivity – The most common side effect. It usually disappears after completing the treatment. If needed, take a rest day between applications or use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth, such as Sensodyne.
- White spots on your teeth – A temporary effect that indicates the whitening gel is active. These spots typically fade on their own within minutes to a few hours.
- Temporary taste or increased saliva production – The formula is designed for effectiveness rather than flavor. Excess saliva can simply be spat out and should not be swallowed.
For best results, use the strips in the evening so the whitening process can continue undisturbed while you sleep.

Most users notice a visible difference within 4–8 days. With 14 consecutive days of use, you can expect to achieve the full whitening effect. For the best and longest-lasting results, we recommend completing a full treatment of 20 applications. -
